Learning outcomes
PLO01. Apply acquired theoretical knowledge and practical skills for research territorial and political systems on different levels of spatial organization. PLO04. Conduct research and/or carry out innovative activities with a goal obtaining new knowledge, developing new ones methods and procedures in geography and interdisciplinary contexts. PLO11. Assess possible risks, socio-economic, geo-ecological, political and geopolitical consequences of the implementation of management solutions in the field of geospatial management territorial and political systems and regional development. PLO14. Formulate scientific hypotheses, determine relevant aspects of fundamental and applied directions research, develop and manage projects in the field of political geography and geopolitics, geospatial management territorial and political systems and regional development.

Course content
The lecture course consists of 3 parts: definition and main features of the structure of the territorial-political system (TPS) at the base geographical locations of different hierarchical levels; geospatial regularities TPS of different hierarchical levels in the national state; supranational level - geopolitical regions of the world, "world order". The seminars are specific examples of geospatial systems are considered on cases with materials on to individual model districts of the local and meso level, countries (states) and geopolitical regions.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Tests: RN 1.1.-1.5 - 10 points/6 points for each 2. Analytical note, presentation and defense of the experimental case RN 2.1.-2.2. - 40 points/ 24 points. 3. Discussions and discussions at seminar classes - 10 points/6 points. For students who did not reach the minimum grade level (60% of the maximum possible number of points), a semester test is conducted, max. the grade for which cannot exceed 40% of the final grade (up to 40 points). A condition for receiving a positive grade in a discipline is the achievement of at least 60% of the maximum possible number of points, while the grade for learning outcomes cannot be less than 50% of the maximum. level (at least 20 and 5 points).One of the exam questions involves reviewing and evaluating the results of case studies by colleagues in the group. Maxim. the number of points is 40, the minimum, which are added to semester points, is 24. Students who scored less than 20 points are not allowed to take the exam.
