Know the features of content and design of typologically diverse publishing products, marketing approaches in creating and promoting relevant products, product quality criteria. Be able to create high-quality, popular publishing products in printed and electronic formats.

Course content
It is a practical course that focuses on the development of skills in designing diverse media products addressed to different audiences. The purpose is to provide students with comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the creation of multi-genre publishing products — from the development of an idea (concept) to a finished printed and electronic book, podcast, landing page, and website. It forms a professional understanding of the stages of the editorial and publishing process, the necessary resources, and teamwork.

Assessment methods and criteria
During the 5th and 6th semesters, the assessment of practical and independent work of a student is conducted - 38 points. Each semester ends with a final assessment (exam) - 40 points. A student may earn a maximum total score of 100 points per semester.
