To know the classification of rivers, their feeding, the mechanism of river flow, the main quantitative characteristics of the flow, the intra-annual distribution of flow, channel processes, the thermal regime of rivers. To be able to determine the main morphometric characteristics of the river and its basin, build a runoff hydrograph and analyze it, analyze the distribution of waters by hydrosphere objects.

Lectures, practical classes, independent work of students

The control involves the implementation of practical work and 2 written tests. The final assessment is conducted in the form of a written test. The results of students' learning activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale. A student is not allowed to take the final grade if he / she scored less than 40 points during the semester. During the semester the student can score from 48 to 80 points. During the test the student can get from 12 to 20 points
