Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful mastering of courses that determine the specifics of the specialty: general psychology, age psychology, social psychology, psychodiagnostics. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of psychology, areas of psychological counseling and psychotherapy. Skills: to select and correctly apply the procedures and exercises of psychological training in accordance with its purpose and objectives, age, professional and other characteristics of the participants.
Course content
The aim of the course is to provide theoretical and practical bases of preparation of future psychologists for conduction a psychological training. The course gives students the opportunity to get acquainted with the structure of training, its types, design technologies and conduction trainings of various orientations, regularities of group dynamics. The content of the course allows to practically work out the technology of training work in accordance with the different stages: planning, constructing the content and procedures of the training, its implementation and analysis of results, as well as in practice to get acquainted with various psychological procedures and exercises, to be able to analyze their impact on both the individual and the group as a whole.

Lectures, seminars and practical classes, independent work (presentations, development of training programs), case studies, spoken replies, participation in discussions, modular work
Assessment methods and criteria
Spoken replies (speech in class, participation in the discussion): PH1.1-1.4, PH2.1-2.3, PH3.1, PH4.1, Independent work ( presentation, the training program): РН1.1-1.4, РН2.1-2.3, РН3.1, РН4.1 – 30/17 credits. Modular work: РН1.1-1.4, РН2.1-2.4, РН3.1, РН4.1 – 20/13 credits. A student is admitted to the exam if during the semester he scored at least 36 credits and completed at least 50% of practical work. The maximum number of credits that a student can receive at the exam, 40 points on a 100-point scale. The form of the exam is written.
