Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Knowledge of the history of domestic psychology; basics of conducting psychodiagnostic examination and data analysis in psychology; basics of national and foreign legislation in the field of regulation of relations arising in the process of functioning of various parts of the national economy, production, copyright.
2. Ability to analyze the causes and consequences of the impact of social, economic, informational, cultural conditions on the development of the human psyche, especially its socialization and personality formation.
3. Have basic skills to identify, analyze and explain mental phenomena, identify psychological problems and suggest ways to solve them.
Course content
The concept of applied psychological research and requirements for it. Levels of scientific methodology of applied research. Content and components of the research process. Relationship between scientific rationality and principles and methods of research. Forms of reflection of results of scientific and applied researches. Intellectual property as intellectual capital in the socio-economic development of society and its place in the humanities and natural sciences. Features of legal protection of intellectual property. Protection of intellectual property rights

Assessment methods and criteria
The control is carried out according to the modular rating system. Final assessment - credit. The maximum number of points for work during the semester is 100.
Evaluation is carried out during the semester of all types of work:
1. Oral answers (speech at the seminar, participation in discussions and debates, additions): 2 - 24/14 points
2. Execution of practical tasks (preparation of thematic review of scientific literature, writing abstracts of scientific reports, annotations of scientific articles): - 24/14 points
3. Creative independent work: 3 - 52/20 points
The test is based on the results of the student's work during the semester and does not provide additional assessment activities for successful students. It is mandatory for the test to perform creative independent work.
Students who scored a lower total number of points during the semester than the critical-calculated minimum - 40 points are not allowed to take the test.
