The student must know: the principles of higher school pedagogy and psychology of communication, the essence of their categories, principles, patterns, requirements for personal and professional qualities of a university teacher, general principles of training groups, their dynamics of development; the student must be able to: use the acquired knowledge and skills in an original and creative way in teaching, research and teaching activities

The purpose of the discipline: the formation of students' professional and pedagogical competence of the teacher of higher education; acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for future professional activities related to the modeling of pedagogical activities, its forecasting and appropriate preventive measures to improve the effectiveness of professional communication in the Free Economic Zone. The discipline reveals the main categories of training activities, effective modeling in higher education, its principles, methods, technologies.

Mandatory for admission to the test is the performance of control work. For students who scored a total of less than the critical-critical minimum - 40 points to obtain admission to the test must perform a creative task of increased complexity. Assessment of students is carried out during all types of classes and the results of independent work. The grade is formed as the sum of all points earned during the semester.
