 Successful mastery of the courses "Pedagogy of higher education", "Theoretical and methodological foundations of project management"; knowledge of the theoretical foundations of pedagogy of higher education and project management; possession of elementary skills in the analysis of pedagogical situations, leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team

The purpose of studying the discipline is to reveal the main provisions of the methodology of project development and management as a tool for planning, problems solving and performing tasks in the field of education. Issues related to the definition of the concept of the project, its features, structure, phases and life cycles are considered; project classification; problem identification methodologies and project ideas; development, resource provision, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of educational projects. Mastering this course will help future professionals to improve their professional level and professional culture, carry out professional analysis of problem situations and, if necessary, use project tools to more effectively implement ideas and solve life, professional, social and other educational problems. It consists of two content modules: "Development of educational projects" and "Implementation of educational projects"

Activities: verbal presentations, participation in the discussion, presentation of independent tasks, analysis, practical tasks, control tasks, solving pedagogical problems, modular test work Methods: lecture, seminar session, preparation of analytical materials, speeches, presentations, preparation of reports, solving practical problems, discussing conflict situations, discussing solutions to practical situations, MCR.

report (7-10 points), presentation, abstract (10-15 points), practical tasks (3-5 points). MCR: 20 test questions, 1 point for each correct answer. The maximum number of points for work during the semester is 100. The test is based on the results of work during the semester and does not provide additional assessment activities for successful students. For students who scored a total of less than the critical-calculated minimum - 60 points, it is necessary to perform a practical session of increased complexity. Rating scale: 0-59 - not credited, 60-100 - credited.

Ukrainian
