4. Use modern methods of scientific knowledge and conduct research in the field of public administration and administration, including parliamentarism and parliamentary activities. 6. Carry out effective management of innovations, resources, risks, projects, changes, quality, apply modern models, approaches and technologies, international experience in the design and reorganization of management and organizational structures. 8. Be able to communicate effectively, argue their position, use modern information and communication technologies in the field of public administration and administration on the basis of social responsibility, legal and ethical norms.

1. Know the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline "Fundamentals of Scientific Research". 2. Be able to work with sources that set out the basic principles of the discipline "Fundamentals of Scientific Research", and key domestic and international regulations. 3. Have the skills to conduct effective research presented in the process of writing term papers.

Topic 1. Methodology, techniques and methods of scientific research. Leading methodological concepts. Topic 2. The place and role of research in analytical and expert activities. Search and processing of scientific information. Topic 3. Qualification works: preparation, design and defense. Academic integrity. Protection of intellectual property rights in the process of scientific activity. Topic 4. Methodology of scientific research in socio-political sciences and the system of public administration. Topic 5. Quantitative research methods in the system of public administration. Topic 6. Qualitative methods of scientific research in the system of public administration.
