Issuance of a standard document on awarding a Master's Degree in "Master of Public Administration" under the educational program "Parliamentarism and parliamentary activities" and obtaining a qualification is subject to the Unified State Qualification Examination (USQE) and public defense of Master's Degree.
Programme learning outcomes
PTR 1. Know the theoretical and applied principles of development and analysis of public policy, basics and technologies of management decisions. PTR 2. Solve complex tasks of public administration. PTR 3. To know the basic principles of national security. PTR 4. Identify priority areas for the implementation of e-government and the development of e-democracy. PTR 5. Carry out effective management of innovations, apply international experience in designing and reorganizing management structures. PTR 6. Examination regulations and grading scale
Tests, exams,, essays, presentations in the PP, oral examinations, defense of practice reports, Unified State Qualification Examination (USQE), public defense of master's thesis, differentiated test. Rating scale: excellent / Excellent 90-100; Good 75-89; satisfactory / Satisfactory 60-74; unsatisfactory with the possibility of re-assembly / Fail 0-59. The master's qualification work must be tested on the level of academic integrity

The student chooses one block of disciplines and one discipline from each elective block, and also has the right to choose disciplines from compulsory and elective parts of curricula of other specialties of the same level subject to coordination with the Dean Of Faculty / Director of the Institute - from other level programs.
Work placement
Assistantship (6 credits, differentiated credit), research practice (4 credits, differentiated credit), research and development practice in public authorities (4 credits) are mandatory under the guidance of the supervisor in accordance with the established provisions. The schedule of all types of internships is approved at the meeting of the department. The rules for assessment and the requirements for the recognition of learning outcomes are set out in a separate Regulation. The student receives a task, which is approved at a meeting of the department
