            2. Solve complex tasks of public administration, taking into account the requirements of the law, identify legal conflicts and problems, develop draft regulations to eliminate them.
4. Use modern methods of scientific knowledge and conduct research in the field of public administration and administration, including parliamentarism and parliamentary activities.
8. Be able to communicate effectively, argue their position, use modern information and communication technologies in the field of public administration and administration on the basis of social responsibility, legal and ethical norms.
12. Plan and conduct research and applied research in the field of public administration and administration, including analysis of issues, setting goals and objectives, selection and use of theoretical and empirical research methods, analysis of its results, formulation of sound conclusions.

            Prerequisites and co-requisites
        
        
            1. Know: the main stages and characteristics of the historical and cultural process; the logic of social development in historical retrospect and its connection with socio-cultural transformations; basic methods of research of features and specifics of parliamentarism, provision and influences in a certain historical type of society.
2. Be able to identify and analyze the ethical dimensions of the public administration process for the transformation of socio-cultural space; apply terms, categories, classifications of philosophy, methodology of science in relation to contradictory phenomena and processes of social reality generated by public administration; find adequate mechanisms for their solution and prevention.
3. Have basic skills in working with consolidated public administration activities.
