Learning outcomes
1.1. Know the scientific principles, key concepts, structure, principles, methods, functions and conceptual apparatus of planning and implementing a professional career. 1.2. Know the basic types, models, methods and mechanisms of organization of design and planning, as well as the formation and implementation of professional careers of staff of modern organizations. 2.1. Be able to analyze the different types, models, methods and technologies of professional career planning of organizations. 2.2. Be able to identify key issues and conditions for the introduction of innovative technologies for professional career planning of personnel of organizations. 3. Be able to present an individual research task to analyze the processes of planning, formation and implementation of professional careers of staff of organizations. 4. Be able to independently carry out analytical, research and exploration activities on various aspects of planning and implementing a professional career.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the basic problems and concepts of general sociology, sociology of economics, sociology of organization and management, theory of social technology, technology of work with staff. 2. Have basic skills in programming sociological research and the use of sociological methods in the analysis of social objects, phenomena and processes.
Course content
1. Scientific principles and subject field of professional career planning. 2. Historical stages of development of personnel work on career planning of personnel. 3. Theoretical concepts and models of planning and realization of professional career of personnel. 4. Principles and methods of planning and managing the professional career of staff. 5. Content, forms, structure and types of career planning of the organization's staff. 6. The system of professional career planning in a modern organization. 7. Career planning technologies and stages of professional career development. 8. Technologies for choosing and forming a professional career of the organization's staff. 9. Technologies for designing the conditions for the professional career of the organization's staff. 10. Professional career management technologies in a modern organization.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, individual work
Assessment methods and criteria
semester assessment: 1) active work of the student during lectures and seminars - 20/12 points; 2) performance of control works №1, №2 - 20/12 points; 3) preparation and presentation of the results of an individual research task - 20/12 points final assessment: Form of final control - Pass-exam. Credit test in the form of a written test (40/24). A prerequisite for the test is the relevant research task.
