Learning outcomes
Collect, process and analyze information in the field of geographical sciences for cross-border needs, national, regional and local complex ecological projects. (PRN5). Use informative technologies, cartographic and geoinformation models in the study landscape structure of the territory, execution of complex ecological projects. (PRN6). Apply models, physics methods, chemistry, geology, ecology, mathematics, information technologies, etc natural and social studies processes of formation and development landscapes and their components. (PRN8).

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the key provisions of the discipline "Geographical Information Systems". 2. To be able to apply mathematical methods in geography. 3. Have the skills to work in an information and network environment.
Course content
ssues of classification and reclassification of spatial objects in GIS, operation with statistical ones surfaces and spatial distributions of points, lines and polygons, overlapping layers and design of analysis results in GIS. Features of modern ones are given spatial analysis software, primarily software GIS (GIS tools).
