Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the disciplines "Foreign language for geographers", "Social political studies", "Production practice", "Global environmental problems", "Ukrainian and foreign culture", "Educational practice on methods distribution of geographic information". 2. To be able to analyze the peculiarities of cultural systems and institutions; valuable- semantic and symbolic-communicative mechanisms that regulate cultural the practice of interaction between people and communities and to predict changes in them for the sake of making environmental decisions; 3. Know the main features of diplomatic relations; principles and methods ensuring sustainable cooperation between states.
Course content
This academic discipline aimed at students acquiring the necessary methodical and factual knowledge and practical skills in applying the provisions of the diplomatic protocol and etiquette for work in the field of external communications and conducting negotiations with representatives of foreign countries in the field of international environmental cooperation In particular, it is aimed at: studying the concept of diplomacy, history diplomatic protocol, ceremonial and etiquette, diplomatic principles the protocol and its source base, the concept of the diplomatic corps, principles of diplomatic seniority, accreditation procedures diplomatic agents and diplomatic privileges and immunities. Discipline aimed at forming special professional, social and personal competences, in particular regarding the practical application of norms diplomatic and business etiquette in appearance and behavior diplomat and businessman, his culture of communication with foreigners partners, personal visits of diplomats, protocol aspects of the event business meeting, protocol provision of diplomatic receptions, protocol issue of diplomatic correspondence. Separate components discipline is the study of issues of international courtesy of states, protocol aspects of interstate visits at high and highest levels, protocol support for holding international organizations and conferences, protocol issues of international diplomatic and business negotiations, ethno-cultural features of diplomatic and business etiquette The functional block of the discipline involves mastering the following components, such as the ability to apply basic diplomatic knowledge protocol, ceremonial and etiquette in the system of international environmental protection activity
