PRN 3. Determine the main ones forms and types of organization rational nature management, understand their features, particularly in context cross-border ecological cooperation PRN 4. Explain features of the organization geographical space, in including spatio-temporal patterns of organization landscapes PRN 10. Analyze the composition and structure of natural and natural and anthropogenic geographical objects and systems (according to specializations) on different spatio-temporal levels PRN 11. Own a state and foreign languages PRN 12. Apply productive skills communication with consumers ecosystem services, in particular with a goal set-up participatory management nature conservation activity

1. Have basic knowledge of the economic and social geography of regions and countries the world 2. To have elementary skills of analysis and synthesis of geographical information, comparative geographical analysis, be able to analyze causal consequent relationships between processes and phenomena. 3. To know the theoretical foundations of social geography. 4. To be able to use statistical information, available scientific and educational and methodical literature
Course content
this academic discipline is dedicated disclosure of the object and subject of economic and social geography of the world, study modern political map of the world and individual regions, the main objects on the political map map, international organizations. Illustrates approaches to typification and classification of countries of the world. Reveals the geography of the world's natural resources, population and settlement of the countries of the world, formation and structure of the world economy. Gives socio-geographical characteristics of Europe (subregions and countries of the West, East, North, South), Asia (subregions and countries of Central, Eastern, Southeastern, Western), America (subregions and countries of the North, South), Africa (subregions and countries of the East, Northern, Southern, Western), Australia and New Zealand, Oceania: economic and geographical situation, natural resource potential, population, features of the economy - primary, secondary and tertiary sectors. The functional block of the discipline involves mastering such components as the ability to apply basic knowledge of natural sciences in geographic activity, the ability to apply quantitative and qualitative methods in the study of territories, ability independently explore the object of study.
