To know: the history and the meaning of international justice as a means of peaceful settlement of international disputes, the international legal acts which are the founding documents of international judicial institutions, main provisions of the rules of procedure of international judicial institutions. To be able to: to evaluate the meaning of the decisions of international judicial institutions for the studying of a branch or sub-brunch of international law, to discuss in the group the questions of the structure and practice of international judicial institutions and to put forward the arguments for one's position.

- To master successfully the course "International Public Law". - To know the theoretical bases of the establishment of international institutions. - To possess the elementary skills to analyse the international legal obligations and to use legal terminology in English.

Lectures, seminars

Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: answers (up to 28 points); out-of-class work (up to 28 points); final module quizzes (up to 44 points). The form of final control is in the form of credit (up to 40 points).
