Course content
Educational practice consists of three stages: 1) introductory and preparatory; 2)
main - route; 3) cameral (final).
At the first stage of practice, the teacher introduces students to the route and program
practices, gives them an introductory lecture, advises on issues of effective organization
expeditionary field research, conducts safety training, etc. Also on
during the preparatory stage of practice, a detailed route is developed and carried out
complex geographical analysis according to the defined plan, field objects are planned
observations, places of laying soil sections.
Training on dress code, equipment and equipment is mandatory
safety during routes.
The route stage of the practice is conducted according to the defined plan. During this
At this stage, the features of natural and anthropogenic landscapes are familiarized
places of practice, physical-geographical, social-geographical and
economic and geographical features of selected objects, field studies are conducted.
An obligatory element of each route is a lecture in which the main questions are outlined,
which will be illustrated in the following route. The routes are carried out on foot in
in radial directions from the reserve and by bus to remote soil sections.
During the routes, students keep a field diary in which everyone makes notes
carried out field research, carry out a description of the researched objects, do
micromonoliths of soil sections, acquire practical skills of soil sample selection
for analytical works.
The practice ends with a chamber period, during which students work
collected field material, systematize and generalize it, make it substantiated
conclusions The practice ends with the preparation of a report, which is defended at the department according to the plan

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
lecture, field trips, camera work, preparation of the final report
Assessment methods and criteria
The level of achievement of all planned learning outcomes is determined by the results
passing the route-field part of the practice and participating in chamber works,
in particular, in the preparation, design and defense of the final report (differentiated assessment).
The specific weight of learning results in the final assessment, provided that it is mastered on
the appropriate level is as follows:
1. learning outcomes – 1 (knowledge of RN 1.1-1.6) – up to 40%;
2. learning outcomes – 2 (skills RN 2.1-2.3) - up to 30%;
3. learning outcomes – 3 (communication) - up to 10%
4. learning outcomes - 4 (autonomy and responsibility of RN 4.1-4.2) - up to 10%.
Student evaluation forms:
- current evaluation: the number of points received by the student during the term
passing practice is the sum of the points obtained during the assessment of: 1) oral answers
and performance of practical tasks during routes; 2) keeping a field diary;
