Learning outcomes
1.1. Know the scientific status, structure, functions, main stages of formation, concepts and concepts of sociology of economics. 1.2. Know the basic laws, principles and methods of sociology of economics, mechanisms of formation of economic behavior, models of market economy and world economy. 2.1. Be able to analyze the economic culture, behavior and activities of the economic life of modern Ukrainian society. 2.2. Be able to identify the main social problems of functioning and key trends in the economic life of modern society. 3. To be able to organize and present an individual research project to study certain areas of economic life of modern Ukrainian society. 4. Be able to independently carry out analytical, research and exploration activities to study the economic behavior of economic entities.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the basics of general sociology, sociology of organizations, management, culture, labor and employment. 2. Possession of basic skills of programming sociological research and the use of empirical methods of sociological analysis.
Course content
1. Scientific status, subject, methods, structure, functions and historical stages of development of theoretical foundations of sociology of economics. 2. Basic laws, categories, principles and paradigms of sociology of economics. 3. Social bases of economic action; man as a subject of socio-economic life 4. Models of socio-economic behavior in the system of market exchange. Economic culture as a regulator of economic behavior. 5. Economic groups, communities, organizations and institutions in the economic life of society. 6. Labor market and employment in the structure of a market economy. 7. Strategies for the development of the global economy in the modern world economy.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
1. Lecture, seminar, independent work. 2. Oral answer, thematic report, control work, presentation of research project.
Assessment methods and criteria
1. Evaluation of active work of students (oral answers, thematic reports, practical tasks) during seminars - 30/20 points. 2. Execution of 2 control works - 20/10 points (2 works on 10 maximum points or on 5 minimum points for everyone). 3. Execution and presentation of the results of an individual research task - 10/6 points, ie a maximum of 8 points (and a minimum of 5 points) for the result of the task and a maximum of 2 points (and a minimum of 1 point) for the presentation of results . 4. Final assessment: written exam in the form of test tasks (40 tasks of 1 point) - the maximum score of the successful exam is - 40 points, and the minimum score of the successful exam - 24 bali.
