1.1 Know the organizational structure of sociological services. 2.1 To provide information support in the work of the sociological service. 2.2 Prepare project documentation. 3.1 Know the basics of staffing the project and the negotiation process. 4.1 Management of projects and human resources, to carry out an advertising campaign of the sociological service.

Students should be familiar with the program of sociological research, its main stages, as well as computer programs that allow the preparation of presentation materials.
Course content
І. Sociological service: research and / or commercial organization. 1. Directions of sociological services. 2. Organizational structure of the sociological service, its documentation and resource provision. 3. Sociological service in conditions of competition. 4. Information support, image and security in the work of the sociological service. 5. Creation of a sociological service. A business plan. Company name and logo. Company life cycle. 6. Personnel policy of the sociological service. ІІ. Project activities of the sociological service. 7. Creating startups. Customer search. 8. Features of interaction with the customer. Negotiation. 9. The concept of brief, its components, requirements for the brief. 10. Estimation and conclusion of the contract. 11. Preparation and control of the field stage. 12. Reporting documentation of sociological projects. 13. Evaluation of the quality of sociological research. Comprehensive final project.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Work in practical classes (presentation in practical classes, participation in discussions, role play, LR1.1, LR2.1, LR2.2 - 20 points / 32 points 2. Creative tasks (essays, diagrams, briefings, estimates, presentations, etc.) LR1.1, LR2.1 - 4 points / 8 points (a total of 8 creative tasks, each of which is evaluated in 1 maximum or 0.5 minimum points) 3. Complex final project (group work, one, is obligatory), РН2.1, РН2.2, РН3.1, 4.1 - 12 points / 20 points final assessment - exam, LR1.1, LR2.1, LR2.2, LR3.1, LR4.1.
