Learning outcomes
To know: Subject, object, methods, tasks, theoretical foundations of corporate culture research Features of corporatism Conceptual and categorical apparatus of corporate culture research The relationship between corporate culture and corporate ethics Be able to: Demonstrate knowledge of specialised literature on the history and theory of corporate culture Reasonably choose solutions to practical problems of corporate functioning Evaluate the motives, norms, values and moral guidelines of corporate activity Communication: To conduct a cultural discourse on topical issues of corporate culture Present the results of research and independent work Autonomy and responsibility: Independently search for and critically process literature on relevant research Develop a critical attitude to existing options for understanding, interpreting and solving problems of corporate functioning

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know: disciplines of the educational level "bachelor" as: "History of World Culture, History of Ukrainian Culture, Theoretical Cultural Studies, etc. basic philosophical concepts, categories and methods of socio-philosophical and cultural cognition. Skills: to study the topics of socio-philosophical and cultural texts; apply basic concepts and categories in the analysis of socio-cultural, socio-economic and professional-corporate phenomena and processes; identify current trends in understanding and interpreting corporate culture. Competencies: basic skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting of prospects for solving social, economic, moral and psychological problems in corporate functioning.
Course content
Part 1: Historical and theoretical foundations of corporate culture Topic 1: Corporate culture as an object of theoretical analysis. Topic 2. New socio-economic practices in the development of corporate culture. Topic 3: Historical processes of corporate culture formation. Topic 4. Corporatism as a qualitative characteristic of corporate culture. Topic 5. Structure of corporate culture. Part 2. Practical dimensions of corporate culture Topic 6. Problems of communication in corporate culture. Topic 7. Moral and psychological climate and motivation in labour activity. Topic 8: Difficulties in business communication and ways to solve them. Topic 9: Corporate social responsibility. Synopsis of primary sources.
