Course content
The educational discipline "Actual issues of diagnosis, prevention and treatment of diseases of the digestive organs" is a component of the cycle of training specialists of the "Master's" educational level under the "Medicine" educational program. The program of the optional discipline "Actual issues of diagnosis, prevention and treatment of diseases of the digestive organs" provides for the improvement of knowledge on the actual issues of the theory and practice of the most common syndromes and diseases found in gastroenterology and related to the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the main diseases of the gastrointestinal tract channel. The types of classes according to the curriculum are: a) lectures, b) practical classes, c) independent work of students. The thematic plan of practical classes and independent work reveal problematic issues of gastroenterological pathology. A mandatory component of teaching the discipline is the participation of students in diagnostic - the treatment process of patients under the guidance of a teacher of the department.There is also provision for mastering/acquainting yourself with the procedures that are most often used for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the digestive organs.
