Learning outcomes
PR1. To analyze the main stages and regularities of historical development for the formation of a civic position, national dignity and patriotism. PR2. Strive for self-organization and self-education. PR7. Possess the skills to work independently and as a leader, get results in a limited time with an emphasis on professional integrity during the cultivation of ornamental plants in open and closed soil, design, creation and operation horticulture facilities.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the course is based on knowledge of such disciplines of the "bachelor" educational level as "Philosophy" and others. Students should know the main philosophical concepts, categories and methods of socio-philosophical knowledge. 2. To be able to study the topics of philosophical texts; apply basic concepts, categories in the analysis of socio-cultural, moral-ethical and aesthetic phenomena and processes; identify modern trends in the understanding and interpretation of ethics and aesthetics, forecast the prospects for their development, taking into account the peculiarities of the ethical and aesthetic spheres in the context of the development of civilizational processes in the conditions of globalization. 3. Possess elementary skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting prospects for solving social, economic, moral and psychological problems in professional communication and corporate functioning.
Course content
The discipline "Ethics and aesthetics" belongs to the list of disciplines of students' choice and is taught in the undergraduate semester and introduces students to the basics of ethical and aesthetic issues, which are important components of the process of forming personal qualities of a person, the worldview foundations of the humanistic worldview of modern youth and the choice of ways to solve ethical and aesthetic and moral conflicts in the field of sociocultural practice.
