The ability to independently apply knowledge of plant biology, the basics of visual arts, computer technologies in landscape architecture, the selection of ornamental plants with the basics of genetics, floriculture with the basics of arranging, color science and three-dimensional composition, etc. academic disciplines for solving specific scientific and practical problems; work with scientific and scientific-methodical literature and Internet resources. 3. Possession of basic skills of system analysis.
Course content
The discipline is a basic discipline in horticulture, which highlights the issue of modern landscaping technologies of various types of interiors (business centers, hotel complexes, restaurants, office premises, winter gardens, houses, sports, recreation and children's facilities). Classic and modern methods and directions of interior landscaping are presented (potted compositions, vertical live compositions, artificial and mixed compositions, string gardens, mini gardens, windowsill gardens, terrariums, florariums, rutaria). Issues of arrangement techniques, composition methods and coloristics are highlighted. The possibilities of landscaping as a method of zoning and visual optimization of room dimensions are shown. Ecological aspects of greening and technological methods of ecodesign, modern fashion trends and principles of greening of roofs, attics, and winter gardens are highlighted.
