Course content
The course is devoted to one of the most important aspects of landscape design - the theory and practice of form formation in landscape art. In the theoretical course, the main attention is paid to the basic patterns of human perception of works of art and the role of form in the transmission of an artistic or architectural image. Historical changes in the use of forms, volumes and spaces in landscape design are highlighted, with an emphasis on the shape of architectural space. The knowledge gained at the lectures is consolidated at practical classes in the course of landscape design of a small garden in the home territory or the homestead.
