PLO 14. Identify the causes of stress, adapt yourself and team members to a stressful situation, find means to neutralize it. PLO 16. Demonstrate the skills of independent work, flexible thinking, openness to new knowledge, be critical and self-critical.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know: theoretical foundations of economics, management and philosophy. 2. Possess: skills in using Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, electronic search systems; modern methods of access to information and its processing, accumulation, use and distribution with the help of general scientific methods, in particular analysis and synthesis, comparisons.
Course content
The theoretical principles and practical implementation of time management are revealed. The essence of time management and its development as an independent scientific direction are studied; time management methods; time traps; elements of the time management system and their management; approaches to effective holding of meetings. Areas of personal efficiency improvement, organization of personal work, principles and means of time management are studied. Ways to optimize work with documents are considered; methods of self-motivation and self-discharge; effective time management tools.

Information-traditional with elements of problem-oriented learning: lectures, seminar classes, independent work, consultations, performance of individual and team tasks, analysis of problem situations.
Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral answers - 20 points/ 12 points. 2. Practical tasks with discussion elements - 20 points/ 12 points. 3. Complex practical task (independent work) – 20 points/ 12 points. 4. Two test papers of 10 points each – 20 points/12 points. 5. Final test - 20 points/ 12 points. - final assessment in the form of zalik.
