Learning outcomes
To know and master the theoretical knowledge of the conceptual and terminological apparatus that characterizes the organization and technique of international commercial transactions, the nature and features of commercial transactions and their classification depending on the subject of the contract; the content of the basic terms of supply "INCOTERMS-2020" in accordance with international standards; the essence and technique of performing various types of international operations. To be able to: summarize the basic knowledge of the processes of preparation and execution of commercial operations, depending on the organizational forms and diversity of the subject of commerce; draw up competitive letters in the preparation of foreign trade offers and agreements; to collect, analyze and process data necessary for international operations. To gain basic communication skills: in the process of assessing the advantages and disadvantages of international commercial transactions.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
The student must have general knowledge of the patterns of behavior of economic entities in market conditions, have universal tools for making informed decisions about the choice in the presence of limited resources and alternative uses, determine the functions of market self-regulation and the need and nature of government intervention; to reveal the content of the mechanism of state regulation of the economy by means of fiscal, monetary, foreign economic and social policy; use methods of calculating key macroeconomic indicators; use macroeconomic terminology. In addition, the student must have the necessary qualifications to conduct a comparative statistical analysis of processes and phenomena occurring in the world economy and in individual countries and regions.
Course content
Content module 1. Types of international commercial transactions by forms and methods of trade: Fundamentals of international commercial transactions. Countertrade transactions. Intermediary operations in commercial activities. Organization and technique of commercial operations on international commodity exchanges. Organization and technique of commercial operations at international auctions. Organization and technique of international bidding. Content module 2. International commercial transactions by types of goods and services: Forms and methods of trade in finished products and results of intellectual activity in the world market. Forms and methods of international commercial transactions in raw materials and food products. International commercial operations in the field of services.

Independent tasks, group tasks that involve the exchange of results of the study. Semester assessment is carried out in the form of testing knowledge, skills: 1. During the answer to the seminar (participation in the discussion); 2. In the form of writing individual analytical works during independent study of topics; 3. In the form of essay writing; 4. In the form of discussion of trends in the development of forms of international economic relations; 5. In the form of a presentation of a study of a specific form of international economic relations.
