PLO 13. It is accessible and reasoned to explain the essence of specific philological issues and one's own point of view on them both to specialists and to the general public PLO 16. Use specialized conceptual knowledge of folkloristics to solve complex problems and problems that require updating and integrating knowledge, often in conditions of incomplete or insufficient information and conflicting requirements PLO 18. Present the results of your research to the scientific community in scientific publications or speeches at conferences, round tables, seminars, etc.

Full-time form

Prior to taking this course, students should know the genre system of folklore, the poetics of folklore texts, and have accumulated a significant number of texts of both Ukrainian folklore and folklore of the peoples of the world. Be able to identify popular motifs and plots of folklore texts, their variants, interpret the symbolism of folklore, draw parallels between verbal, actional, and historical texts; justify ways to resolve conflict situations. Possess basic skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and situation forecasting.

The purpose of the discipline is to form a holistic and logically consistent system of knowledge about the basics of folklore conflictology, the peculiarities of the emergence, development and functioning of conflict, and its embodiment in a folklore text

Lectures, seminars, workshops, and control in the form of module work are held. Independent work is also expected.

The number of semester points is based on the points obtained by the student in the process of mastering the material on all topics of the four content modules, the student's activity in class, and the completeness of oral answers to questions. The maximum number of points that a student can receive in case of diligent work in seminars and successful completion of all current tests is 60 points. The final assessment is carried out in the form of a written exam. The maximum score is 40 points.
