Learning outcomes
Collect, process, and analyze statistical data, scientific and analytical materials needed to solve complex economic problems. Use modern information technology and specialized software. Apply the necessary methodological and analytical tools to manage business models and enterprise value. Conduct scientific and / or applied research, make sound conclusions based on research results and present their results.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the content of economic disciplines "Business Economics", "Marketing", "Macroeconomics", "Microeconomics", the basic principles of enterprise operation; the general logic of the accounting policy of the enterprise; basics of legislative regulation of business activity; basics of economic security of a business organization. 2. Have the skills of analysis, synthesis, public speaking, processing, and visualization of statistics.
Course content
The discipline "Valuation and value based management" plays an important role in the practical training of economists, creates an important base of knowledge and skills for organizing the activities of a modern enterprise. Knowledge of modern methods of estimating the value of the enterprise allows students to gain additional competitive advantages as a specialist in economics. The discipline consists of two content modules: "Theoretical and methodological foundations of enterprise value formation" and "Technology of enterprise value assessment".

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Interview, discussion - 10 points / 6 points; 2. Analysis of case situations - 20 points / 12 points; 3. Modular test (2 MCR, 5 points max. Each) - 10 points / 12 points; 4. Independent work (scientific work 20 points max.) - 20 points / 6 points; Final assessment in the form of an exam
