Learning outcomes
Know the theoretical foundations of the information society as a phenomenon of civilization, the basics of information and communication activities of diplomatic missions. Be able to analyze the dynamics of interstate diplomatic relations taking into account a set of information and communication factors that affect the activities of government agencies. Have basic skills in working with information sources of various types, political analysis, analysis of international situations and forecasting.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
- Know the theoretical aspects of state information policy and the basics of foreign policy strategies in the field of international relations. - Be able to analyze information and communication strategies and trends in international relations. - Have basic skills in searching and analyzing regulations, analytical materials and statistical sources. - Know English or other foreign languages for better opportunities to get acquainted with the regulations of integration entities. -Develop recommendations on the use of the latest tools of foreign policy strategies in the practice of the diplomatic mission.
