            PLO 4. Demonstrate skills to identify problems and justify management decisions.
PLO 6. Identify skills of search, collection and analysis of information, calculation of indicators to justify management decisions.

PLO 11. Demonstrate skills of situation analysis and communication in various areas of the organization.
PLO 14. Identify the causes of stress, adapt yourself and team members to a stressful situation, find ways to neutralize it.

            Prerequisites and co-requisites
        
        
            1. Knowledge of management of organizations and problems of administration; basics of project management; basics of macro- and microeconomics. 2. Ability to analyze the causes and consequences of the impact of social, economic, informational, cultural conditions on the individual; identify patterns of group functioning, analyze interpersonal interaction, forecast management decisions. 3. Have basic skills in predicting human behavior, variability of interpersonal communication. 
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            The course is selective and focuses on the study of modern conflict theories, feedback techniques and role-playing games. Forms the professional thinking of a manager-manager who studies psychological approaches that explain the course of managerial conflict at different stages of its development, which helps to choose ways and means of personal correction of their attitude to conflict and behavior in it; technologies for resolving managerial conflicts.

            Assessment methods and criteria
        
        
            For students who scored a total of less than the critical-calculated minimum - 20 points to obtain admission to the test must complete a creative task of increased complexity, which is estimated at 40 points. The recommended minimum for admission to the test - 36 points.
