Learning outcomes
PH5. Organize the educational process on the basis of student-centered, competency-based, contextual approaches and modern achievements of educational, pedagogical sciences, manage educational and cognitive activities, objectively evaluate the learning outcomes of students. PH8. Develop and teach educational courses in higher education institutions using techniques, tools and technologies needed to achieve the goals. PH9. Search for the necessary information on educational / pedagogical sciences in printed, electronic and other sources, analyze, systematize it, assessing the reliability and relevance. RN 11. Carry out consultative activities in the field of educational and pedagogical sciences. RN 12. Plan and perform theoretical and experimental research in the field of education / pedagogy, put forward and test hypotheses, argue conclusions, adhere to the principles of academic integrity

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful mastering of pedagogical disciplines; knowledge of the essence of basic concepts and pedagogy of higher education; ability to model the professional and social activities of a specialist and model his educational and professional training; understand the criteria for the effectiveness of pedagogical activities, the essence of the main regulators of activities and behavior in the group and the possibilities of their use in working with the academic group and individual students.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to acquaint students with the elements of complex systems theory and basics of modeling, theoretical principles of modeling pedagogical objects and processes, basic requirements for planning the work of teachers and educational institutions as a system and ways to improve all types of planning. Tasks (learning objectives): to reveal the essence and content of the basic concepts and categories of modeling theory; to form skills of modeling of educational systems; to acquaint with organizational models of educational institutions of innovative type and to inculcate skills of modeling of innovations in educational institution; to form a creative approach to the creation of personality models of the specialist: teacher, head of the educational institution and its departments; to form abilities and skills of drawing up and definition of efficiency of various kinds of plans of work of educational institution and the separate expert.

Activities: oral presentations, participation in the discussion, presentation of independent tasks, analysis, practical tasks, control tasks, solving pedagogical problems, modular test work Methods: lecture, seminar, preparation of analytical materials, speeches, presentations, preparation of reports, solving practical problems, discussing conflict situations, discussing solutions to practical situations, MCR.
Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment of students is carried out during all types of classes and the results of independent work. During classes are evaluated: oral answer, presentation, practical tasks, solving pedagogical problems. Final control - exam
