PLO3.Form the pedagogically expedient partnership interpersonal interaction, carry out clearly and unambiguously the business communication, convey one's own opinions, conclusions and arguments on education and pedagogy to specialists and the general public, conduct problem-thematic discussion; PLO4.Fluently communicate in state and foreign languages ​​orally and in writing to discuss the results of educational, professional activities, presentations of research and innovation projects; PLO5.Organize the educational process on the basis of student-centered, competency-based, contextual approaches and modern achievements of educational, pedagogical sciences, manage educational and cognitive activities, objectively evaluate the academic achievements of students; PLO7.Create an open educational and scientific environment, favorable for students and aimed at ensuring academic achievements.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the modern scientific theories, concepts, approaches to the personality and group study; ontogenetic patterns of mental properties, states and processes development in individual and group consciousness; psychological aspects of the psychological influence organization; psychological bases of the dialogic communication.2. Be able to purposefully organize the personality socialization process; study the psychological difficulties in the process of personality’s professional activity; apply facilitative, coaching, training practices in professional activities. 3. Possess basic skills of psychodiagnostics of personal qualities and assess the results of professional activity.
Course content
Discipline provides the general theoretical and practical training of future pedagogues of higher education in the field of pedagogical and professional psychology, promotes the development of psychological support technologies of the educational process in modern higher education, as well as professional self-determination and psychological culture of future pedagogues. The discipline is compulsory for students of the second (master's) level of higher education. It is aimed to the special education in the field of purposeful educational and professional socialization of higher education agents. The content of the discipline reveals the psychological patterns, factors, effects of educational and professional socialization of the student's personality.

Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment of student academic success is carried out during all types of classes and the results of independent work. The level of knowledge which is demonstrated in the answers and speeches; practical and test tasks are assessed. In total, maximum score of a student could be 100 points. The form of final control is a written exam. The maximum score on the exam is 40 points, the minimum number of points which could be added to the semester mark is 24 points. The recommended minimum for admission to the exam is 36 points. Examination scale: excellent 90-100 points, good 75-89, satisfactory 60-74, unsatisfactory 0-59 points.
