Learning outcomes
PH4. Fluently communicate in state and foreign languages ​​orally and in writing to discuss the results of educational, professional activities, presentations of research and innovation projects. PH9. Search for the necessary information on educational / pedagogical sciences in print, electronic and other sources, analyze, systematize it, assessing the reliability and relevance. PH11. Carry out consulting activities in the field of educational and pedagogical sciences. PH13. Protect intellectual property, commercialize the results of research and project activities.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) knowledge of the theoretical foundations of pedagogy and psychology, factors and basic mechanisms management of higher education; 2) mastery of business communication skills, basic soft skills, media and digital literacy.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to acquire PR-technologies for the formation of the image of a higher education institution; determine the level of competitiveness of higher education institutions by basic indicators and master the ways of its suspension; determine the main target audiences and ways to communicate with them; understanding the process of establishing relationships with public in the higher educational institution (HEI), understand the peculiarities of the work and structure of the department of relations with the public at the university.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, seminars, preparation of reports, solving and discussing practical situations, lectures, practical tasks.
Assessment methods and criteria
Among the evaluation methods used: test, survey, practical tasks, discourse presentation, evaluation of speeches, presentations, expert evaluation, performance analysis, analysis of independent characteristics. Assessment of students is carried out during all types of classes and the results of independent work. During the classes are evaluated: verbal answer, presentation, practical tasks. The final test (project) is performed after the completion of theoretical training and includes the implementation of a research task on topical issues of the course. The maximum number of points for work during the semester is 60. The exam is set based on the results of students' written assignments of the exam (max - 40 points).
