Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) successful mastering of the courses "Higher School Pedagogy", "Pedagogy", "Marketing"; 2) knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the structure of management activities in higher education institutions; 3) understanding the essence of the main regulators of management and individual behavior in the group and the possibilities of their use in working with the academic group.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to provide master's students with a holistic and logically consistent system of knowledge about the education system, didactics, disclosure of the concept, basics of educational theory in the management of higher education institutions, ensuring the quality of higher education. Peculiarities of managerial activity in the educational process in higher education institutions are presented, which is focused on providing personal assistance in mastering knowledge of management; management mechanism of the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions. There is a formation of managerial thinking, learning to analyze the reality of management, conscious mastery of skills and abilities of the manager of education.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Modular test 1 - (block of topics of Part 1) - 10 points / 5 points 2. Modular test work 2 - (block of topics of Part 2) - 10 points / 5 points 3. Presentations / reports - 9 points / 4.5 points 4. Oral answers / additions - 10 points / 5 points 5. Evaluation of practical work - 21 points (3 points for each work) / 10.5 points The final grade for the test is presented as the sum of all forms of semester assessment. The student receives a positive grade for credit (credited) only if he successfully completes all practical work (for each at least 50% of the maximum possible number of points), successful completion of 2 tests (for each at least 50% of correct answers). 0-59 - not credited. 60-100 credit
