Learning outcomes
LO1. To know at the level of the latest achievements the concept of development of education and pedagogy, the methodology of relevant research. LO2. To use modern digital technologies and resources in professional, innovative and research activities. LO5. Organize the educational process on the basis of student-centered, competency-based, contextual approaches and modern achievements of educational, pedagogical sciences, to manage educational and cognitive activities, to evaluate the learning outcomes of students objectively. LO8. To develop and teach educational courses in higher education institutions, using the techniques, tools and technologies needed to achieve the goals.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
successful learning of the content of courses EC. EC.02 "Professional and corporate ethics", EC.04 "Pedagogy", EC.05 "Pedagogical and professional psychology", EC.07 "System approach in higher education", EC.14 "Didactics of higher school"; knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the structure of the psychics, factors and basic mechanisms of personality formation; understanding the criteria of the effective pedagogical activities, the essence of the main regulators of activities and behavior in the group and the possibility of their use in work with the academic group and individual students.
Course content
Learning of the essence, types and structure of methodological systems; formation of general competencies, in particular, the ability to analyze the main approaches to the theory of communicative activities; understanding of the practical principles of professional and pedagogical competence; formation of abilities to competent professional and methodical activity, which is a dynamic combination of knowledge, skills, abilities, experience and abilities (make the right professional decisions, predict the results of actions, be responsible, etc.). To act responsibly on the basis of moral values, ethics of the teacher; to stimulate professional self-improvement of a higher school teacher.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Activities: oral presentations, participation in the discussion, presentation of independent tasks, analysis, practical tasks, control tasks, solving pedagogical problems, modular test work. Methods: lecture, seminar, preparation of analytical materials, speeches, presentations, preparation of reports, solving practical problems, discussion of conflict situations, discussion of solutions to practical situations, MTW.
Assessment methods and criteria
Interrogation, performing practical tasks, presentation, solution of pedagogical problems, discourse. Evaluation and analysis of the results of educational and independent activities MTW: 1 point for each correct answer. Credit: min. 24, max. 40 points.
