Learning outcomes
PLO 1. Collect, process and analyze information in the field of Earth sciences. PLO 4. Use information technologies, cartographic and geo-information models in the field of Earth sciences. PLO 7. Apply models, methods and data of physics, chemistry, biology, ecology, mathematics, information technologies, etc. when studying natural processes of formation and development of geospheres. PLO 9. To be able to perform studies of geospheres using quantitative methods of analysis. PLO 10. Analyze the composition and structure of geospheres (in accordance with specialization) on different spatial and temporal scales.

Successful completion of courses in general hydrology. Successful completion of the course «Fundamentals of hydrochemistry».
Course content
The metadiscipline helps students to get to know the fundamental knowledge about the chemical storage of sea and ocean waters, as well as the environmental problems of the Light Ocean and storage seas, as they blame the development of humankind (including the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov) at the current stage. The main middle ones are є: atmospheric zabrudnennya; naphtha zabrudnennya; thermal clouding; radioactive contamination; zabrudnennya water transport; zabrudnennya with sewage waters; pobutove deluded. It is up to the course to ensure that future specialists know about the formation of the salt balance and salinity of the water of the oceans and seas, the establishment of an organic speech and її regime, the development of gases, microelements, the process of confusion and the sight of the fermented speeches. I especially respect the monitoring of the oceans and seas, go ahead of the muddy sea middle.

Assessment methods and criteria
Conditions for admission to the exam: the recommended minimum for admission is 36 points. For students who scored a total of less than 36 points (recommended minimum), writing essays on missed or insufficiently mastered topics is a mandatory condition for admission to the exam. - The final evaluation in the form of an exam is conducted in a written format. The maximum number of points during the exam is 40, the minimum number of points added to semester points is 24 (60% of the maximum number of points assigned to the exam). The final grade in the discipline consists of the points scored by the student based on the results of the semester control of the first and second parts and the points obtained in the exam.
