Possession of a bachelor's degree in earth sciences, economics, psychology, geography.
Course content
Students acquire a set of knowledge on the theoretical foundations of management, develop practical skills in using psychological data and recommendations to achieve success in management activities. The discipline is focused on the study of general patterns, principles of formation, functioning and development of the organization's management system; managerial relations.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The program of the academic discipline consists of the following content modules:
1. "Theoretical foundations of management."
2. "Practical principles of management."
Assessment methods and criteria
Forms and organization of assessment: current (semester) assessment (practical papers (minimum grade 24, maximum 40; control papers (6-10); independent work (5-10)); final (final) assessment in the form of an exam (assessment for knowledge theory (minimum 12, maximum 20 points); assessment for the practical part (14-20)).
For students who scored a total of less points than the critical calculation minimum - 36 points, it is necessary to pass an additionally completed individual complex task for admission to the final control form.
