Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of scientific-theoretical and practical material of academic disciplines taught to students of educational level "Master". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of biochemistry, cytology, immunology, pathohistology, etc. 3. Knowledge of the basic principles of basic laboratory methods. 4. Ability to use specialized laboratory equipment and / or reagents to conduct research in a particular field of health in order to solve a specific practical problem. 5. Possession of basic skills of targeted use of laboratory equipment and / or reagents.
Course content
The subject of the discipline is: selection of material from the biopsy of organs and tissues, excreta, secretions, scrapes, punctures, smears and microscopic examination with differentiation of cell morphology, characteristic of different pathological processes with the design of research results; selection of biopsy material from organs, tissues and microscopic examination with differentiation of their changes in different pathological processes; conducting biochemical research and interpretation of clinical and diagnostic value of the obtained results; selection of material, production of drugs from clinical material, their microscopic examination, mastery of methods of research of cellular and humoral immunity in vitro and in vivo, registration of research results, evaluation and interpretation of immune status results, interpretation of immunograms in various pathological processes;
