Possess and apply knowledge and skills in general and professional training in solving specialized tasks. Analyze the results of studies of morphological and functional state of the organism and the environment, assess the importance of indicators. Demonstrate the deepening of basic knowledge through self-education, demonstrate the ability to present and evaluate their own experience and analyze and apply the experience of colleagues, demonstrate the ability to share experiences with other professionals. Provide counseling related to professional activities. Comply with the requirements of job descriptions, self-improvement. Identify, summarize and solve problems that arise in the process of professional activity and form a sense of responsibility for the work performed.

The discipline is basic for preparing students for independent research work, including the processing of data obtained during the thesis. The discipline is designed to form an idea of ​​the basic principles of evidence-based medicine as a set of methodological approaches to research, evaluation and application of results, as well as methods of analysis of biomedical data and requirements for presenting their results in scientific publications.

Lectures, practical classes, independent work

Semester assessment (current control): intermediate control, presentations / reports, oral answers / additions, assessment of practical tasks. Final assessment (semester control): in the form of an exam.
