Course content
The subject of "Immunodiagnostics" are the theoretical foundations of basic immunological methods used to diagnose the condition of the body in various diseases, as well as methods for diagnosing disorders of the immune system. Methods of immunochemical analysis (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, immunoblotting, immunoelectrophoresis, immunofluorescence methods) and directions of their application in the clinic, principles of immunolaboratory examination, features of immunogram interpretation, methods of research and diagnosis of cellular and humoral immunity are considered. Attention is paid to practical approaches to the diagnosis of immunopathologies or diseases that are accompanied by immunological disorders (infectious diseases, primary and secondary immunodeficiencies.
