Prerequisites and co-requisites
Discipline: based on the study of students of histology and embryology, normal anatomy, normal physiology, biochemistry, laboratory diagnostics, pharmacology, infectious diseases.
Course content
The discipline covers the study of two major and related sections: dermatology - the science of skin diseases, which studies the function and structure of normal skin and pathology, the relationship of skin diseases with various pathological conditions, clarifies the etiology and pathogenesis of various dermatoses , develops methods of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of skin diseases; Venereology - the science that studies the epidemiology, clinical picture, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of sexually transmitted diseases. The discipline covers the study of concepts, principles, methods, methodological approaches and theories of skin and sexually transmitted diseases. During the study of the discipline is given or demonstrated the practical application and importance of certain methods, concepts and theories in science and other fields (epidemiology, therapy, pediatrics, general hygiene, production of drugs and cosmetics, etc.).
