PLO 1. Evaluate own educational and scientific-professional activities, build and implement an effective strategy for self-development and professional self-improvement. PLO 2. Confident knowledge of state and foreign languages for the implementation of written and oral communication, in particular in situations of professional and scientific communication; present the results of research in state and foreign languages. PLO 6. Apply knowledge of expressive, emotional, logical means of speech and speech techniques to achieve the planned pragmatic result and the organization of successful communication. PLO 13. To explain the essence of specific philological questions, one's own point of view on them and its justification both to specialists and to the general public, in particular to students in accessible and well-reasoned way.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) successful completion of the courses "Pedagogy", "Psychology"; 2) knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the structure of the psyche, factors and basic mechanisms of personality formation; 3) understanding the essence of the main regulators of activity and behavior in the group and the possibilities of their use in working with an academic group.
Course content
The purpose of the academic discipline is to acquaint students with the theory and practice of education, education, management in higher education institutions.Within the scope of the discipline are presented the features of the educational process in institutions of higher education, the focus is on providing assistance to the individual in mastering knowledge of pedagogy and characteristics of the student (listener) and teacher. There is formation of pedagogical thinking, learning to analyze pedagogical reality, conscious mastering of professional and pedagogical abilities and skills. The content is revealed in two modules. In the first - methodology, didactics of the higher school, peculiarities of the organization of educational work in higher education institutions. In the second - theory, methodology, modern technologies of formation of pedagogical mastery of a teacher of secondary education.

Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1 - 1.4), which makes up 40% of the total assessment, and the assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1-2.3); (communication 3.1); (autonomy and responsibility 4.1-4.2), which is 60% of the total grade. Evaluation by forms of control: oral answer, addition, participation in the discussion, blitz survey, control work with open answers, preparation and defense of the presentation.
Assessment methods and criteria
The semester number of points is formed by the points received by the student in the process of learning the material from the entire educational course. The overall grade for the semester consists of points received for classroom work (which includes the unsupervised work as well on processing theoretical material for classroom preparation: oral answers, additions, tests, presentation defense) and for independent work (presentation preparation). All types of work for the semester have as a result:In case of the mid-term control:- in the maximum dimension of 100 points,In case of the exam:The final number of points for the discipline (maximum 100 points) is defined as the sum of points for systematic work during the semester, taking into account the final assessment (exam (minimum 24, maximum 40 points).In case of absence from the seminar session, the student must complete the assignment for the seminar.
