PR4. Possess professional knowledge to solve tasks related to the organization and management of horticulture. PR5. The ability to determine the types of plant tissues, deviations in the morphology of plants, violations of physiological processes in woody, bushy and flowering plants. 3. Possession of basic skills of working with a light microscope, making temporary preparations; collection and processing of material in field and laboratory conditions.

The course examines the evolution of parasitism in microorganisms, aspects of plant-pathogen interaction, pathogen attack factors, main groups and types of diseases of trees, shrubs and flowering plants, their impact on condition, sustainability, productivity of greenery and their protective sanitary and hygienic properties. modern means and methods of protection of garden and park facilities.
