Prerequisites and co-requisites
1.Successful mastering of the disciplinesthat cover basic questionsrelated to such fields of medical and biological disciplines as genetics and molecular biology. 2.Knowledge of the theoretical basics of genetics, biochemistry, embryology,molecular biology. 3.Ability to independently apply knowledge of chemistry, general biologyand othereducational disciplines, use the computer, work with scientific literature.
Course content
"Genetics" covers the study of patterns of heredity and variability of microorganisms, animals and plants. In the course of studying the discipline the practical application and significance of certain methods, concepts and theories in the field of science and in other spheres of social activity (medicine, agriculture, biotechnology) are given or demonstrated.
