Course content
The discipline "Methods of Protein Chemistry" covers the theoretical and practical aspects of methods and approaches to the study of the structure and function of protein molecules. The course covers methods of purification, analysis, and characterization of protein molecules of various origins and structural features. The methodology of complex analytical procedures aimed at detecting pathologically modified protein molecules of different structures in the event of a pathological process in the body and the development of diseases of various etiologies is considered in detail.
