PO05. To be able to analyze regulatory documents (state and industry standards, specifications, guidelines, etc.), to compile separate sections of technological and analytical documentation for biotechnological products for various purposes; to analyze technological situations, to choose rational technological solutions. PLO 22. To be able to take into account social, environmental, ethical, economic aspects, occupational health and safety requirements, industrial sanitation and fire safety in the formation of technical solutions. To be able to use different types and forms of physical activity for active recreation and healthy lifestyle. PO23. To be able to use in production and social activities the fundamental concepts and categories of state-building to justify their own worldview positions and political beliefs, taking into account the processes of social and political history of Ukraine, legal principles and ethical norms.

Possess knowledge, skills and abilities in the disciplines of the socio-humanitarian cycle, such as: "Admission to university studies", etc. - know the basic categories and concepts related to human life and society. - be able to identify, analyze educational and scientific information, draw sound conclusions on professional activities. - have basic skills in compiling written documents, adjusting their content, systematization of materials necessary for work, effective organization of their own educational activities.

The discipline is an organic combination of legal and economic knowledge necessary for the formation of general competencies of specialists in any field of knowledge, and includes two content modules: 1. Selected sections of labor law form a student's body of knowledge and skills about: employment contract; working hours and rest time; wages; labor protection; labor discipline, protection of labor rights. 2. Fundamentals of entrepreneurial activity form in the student a set of knowledge and skills about: the economic nature of entrepreneurship, its form and planning; innovative entrepreneurship; technologies for creating your own business; state regulation of entrepreneurship; commercialization of scientific developments.
