PR03. Use theories and laws of mathematics, physics, chemistry and other sciences to solve problems modern biology. PR04. Understand the basic terms, concepts, principles, theories and laws in the field of biological sciences and on the border subject areas. PR06. Apply principles taxonomy, detection methods and identification of non-cellular forms life, prokaryote and eukaryote. PR07. Demonstrate knowledge of structural organization of biological systems at the molecular level organizations PR12. Demonstrate knowledge of the structure and function of the immune system, cellular and molecular mechanisms immune reactions, their regulation, genetic control; species immunity and evaluation methods immune status of the body.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of scientific-theoretical and practical material of academic disciplines taught to students of educational level "Bachelor". 2. Be able to independently apply knowledge of chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics, etc. disciplines, perform laboratory and practical work, work with scientific and methodological literature. 3. Have basic skills in working with materials and equipment used in biological laboratories.
Course content
The discipline is devoted to the study of patterns of time, speed and mechanisms of chemical reactions. The main issues concerning the identification and characteristics of various enzymatic and transport processes, the kinetics of metabolic transformations are considered. Knowledge of the importance of quantitative interpretation of experimental results in biophysics and biochemistry, the importance of mathematical description of biophysico-chemical processes.
