Learning outcomes
1.1 Know the theoretical and practical principles of change management, strategic management and strategic planning
1.2 Know the methods of strategic analysis, the mechanism for ensuring the implementation of enterprise strategy and monitoring its implementation
2.1 Be able to use the methods of strategic analysis, interpret the results and make decisions on this basis on strategic alternatives
2.2 Be able to ensure the development and implementation of strategic plans of the enterprise, evaluate the stages of their implementation
3.1 Ability to discuss in the format of a strategic session and evaluate alternatives, communicate on the basis of strategic vision and strategic priorities, respond to resistance to change
4.1 Ability to solve problems independently, process, summarize information and be responsible for the results of their activities

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the content of the disciplines "Economic Theory", "Modern Information Technology in Economics", "Statistics for Economists", "Business Economics", "Management"; providing future specialists in enterprise economics with thorough knowledge and necessary practical skills in the main sections of applied economics, in particular, in planning, organizing, controlling and ensuring the efficiency of economic activity of the enterprise; formation of prerequisites and principles of managerial competence based on mastering the theoretical and applied foundations of modern management; working out the ability to systematize and specifically use the basic tools of management to perform administrative and managerial functions; formation of the ability of interpersonal and organizational communication on the basis of moral norms and criteria of efficiency; development of soft skills in the field of personal responsibility and self-management

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral interview, preparation and discussion of individual tasks, control work, performance of individual and group tasks, presentation and discussion of results, oral interview, case studies, participation in preparation, conducting and moderation of strategic session, case analysis, presentation-presentation of individual tasks.
