Course content
The discipline "Optical Research Methods" is taught in the 7th semester to 4th year students majoring in "Biophysics and Medical Informatics". During the study of the course much attention is paid to the formation of students' ideas about the operation of spectroscopic equipment at the physical level, understanding of approaches to the organization and conduct of measurements. The subject of the discipline "Optical research methods" covers the study of systems approaches to the study and understanding of spectroscopic instruments and their use in biology. During the study of the discipline attention is paid to the practical application and importance of such techniques to solve various scientific problems of modern biology.
