Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of scientific-theoretical and practical material
academic disciplines that are taught to students at the educational level
"Bachelor": "Microbiology", "Biochemistry", "Fundamentals of ecology and protection
nature".
2. Possession of basic skills of independent information search
when working with scientific and scientific-methodical literature, to know it
generalize. To participate in disputes and to justify competently
his point of view.
3. Have elementary skills of working with materials and
equipment used in a biological laboratory.
Course content
The discipline "Ecology of Microorganisms" covers issues of modern ecological areas of microbiology, analyzes the adaptive potential of microorganisms, their indicator role in assessing the environment, explains the strategies of microorganisms, patterns of development and communication interactions of their natural populations.
