Learning outcomes
Own the basic technologies of political consulting;
analyze professional activities in government and administration;
organize professional activities in government and administration;
own methods, approaches and technologies for organizing professional activities in government and administration;
analyze and evaluate the managerial situation in the conceptual and categorical apparatus of PR and GR in politics and develop and plan recommendations of a managerial nature;
be able to participate in the organization of professional activities in government and administration

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: the history of the development of managerial, marketing and political science theories; the place and role of political marketing and management in the system of humanitarian disciplines and the foundations of information and political planning.
2. Be able to identify and analyze political and applied problems; interpret political processes from the standpoint of different methodological approaches and apply the methods of specific empirical research.
3. own the categorical apparatus of political marketing and management; propaganda and counter-propaganda skills and basic political consulting technologies.
